Change ahead?

When the environment changes, organizations must change. Yet, they often fail to respond effectively. The problem is often the persistence in established behaviors. Gridlocked in the thinking that worked in past, they do not dig out of the hole, but just deepen it. John Kotter's 8-Steps Change Model is a battle-field tested approach to help organizations deal with transformational change.
